Crystal Neal
Workforce Development Project Manager

Crystal Neal, is the Workforce Development Project Manager for VersAbility TECH at VersAbility Resources. She leads workforce initiatives that prepare individuals with and without disabilities for high-demand careers in the maritime and manufacturing industries through industry-recognized certifications, employability training, and strong employer partnerships.

Ms. Neal has been an innovative force in education for over a decade. Prior to her current role, she served as the Career & Technical Education Program Manager for New Horizons Regional Education Centers, the largest of the nine regional centers in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She has also worked as a Career Specialist, lead recruiter, and admissions coordinator for local colleges in the region.

A native of Chicago, Illinois, Crystal earned her bachelor’s degree from Hampton University and an MBA from Everest University. In addition to her workforce leadership, she is the author of the children’s book series and serves as Creative Director of the Hampton University Terpsichorean Dance Company. She was also recognized as a member of the Hampton University 40 Under Forty Society for her professional achievements and community impact and public service.

Tasha Moss
abilIT Manager

Tasha Moss is the abilIT Program Manager at Versability Resources, bringing more than a decade of experience in workforce development and community leadership. She has dedicated her career to helping individuals overcome barriers to employment and build sustainable career paths, working with populations including refugees, youth, women experiencing homelessness, individuals reentering the workforce, and participants in the TANF program. Now she is dedicated to her work of assisting individuals with disabilities.

Tasha has served as an employment specialist for refugees and immigrants and a mock interview and résumé coach for the City of Newport News STEP youth program. She also helped launch and lead the Navigating Wealth Building Program, empowering participants to strengthen their financial knowledge and long-term economic stability.

Originally from New York City, Tasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Saint Leo University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Executive Leadership at Liberty University. She is an active community leader, serving on multiple advisory boards across Hampton Roads. Tasha is passionate about empowering people, strengthening communities, and creating pathways to opportunity through workforce development.

Courtney Jackson
Career Specialist

Courtney Jackson serves as the Career Specialist in Workforce Development for Versability TECH, powered by Versability Resources. She brings nearly two decades of experience in Career and Technical Education (CTE) and workforce development.

Throughout her career, Courtney has helped pioneer several innovative cooperative education models and workforce development programs within the public school sector. Her work has focused on creating meaningful pathways that connect education, hands-on training, and career opportunities.

Passionate about education and productivity, Courtney continues to make a significant impact by helping bridge training and workforce development for adults through her work at Versability TECH.
