Tasha Moss
abilIT Manager
Tasha Moss is the abilIT Program Manager at Versability Resources, bringing more than a decade of experience in workforce development and community leadership. She has dedicated her career to helping individuals overcome barriers to employment and build sustainable career paths, working with populations including refugees, youth, women experiencing homelessness, individuals reentering the workforce, and participants in the TANF program. Now she is dedicated to her work of assisting individuals with disabilities.
Tasha has served as an employment specialist for refugees and immigrants and a mock interview and résumé coach for the City of Newport News STEP youth program. She also helped launch and lead the Navigating Wealth Building Program, empowering participants to strengthen their financial knowledge and long-term economic stability.
Originally from New York City, Tasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Saint Leo University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Executive Leadership at Liberty University. She is an active community leader, serving on multiple advisory boards across Hampton Roads. Tasha is passionate about empowering people, strengthening communities, and creating pathways to opportunity through workforce development.
