WHO SHOULD APPLY
Individuals with good manual dexterity, able to lift over 50 pounds, comfortable working in varying temperatures, detail-oriented, and interested in hands-on work.
WHEN
This six month course is divided into two semesters, each lasting three months. Classes held every two days per week. Scheduling varies by semester. Classes offered either:
Monday and Wednesday
6 to 9 p.m.
or
Tuesday and Thursday
6 to 9 p.m.

ELIGIBILITY
People of all abilities 18 years of age and older are eligible to attend this training. Please note any special accommodation requests upon registration.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A
DOCUMENTED DISABILITY?
Anyone that has been diagnosed with any physical, sensory, intellectual/developmental, and/ or mental/behavioral disability. Providing any of the following will count as proof: An IEP, 504, Doctors diagnosis letter, or DARS (Virginia Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services) or DBVI (Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired) Certificate of Disability.
